Privacy Settings

*Start up Internet Explorer 11.0 ＞Tools-＞Internet Options-＞ Privacy
*Click 'Privacy'.
Select 'Middle' of 'Internet Zone Settings' of 'Settings'
*Confirm 'Pop-up blocking' settings are as following
No check for 'Allow Pop Up Blocking.'
*Click 'OK', then close all browsers.

Certification File (IE)

*Start up Internet Explorer 11.0 ＞Tools-＞Internet Options
*Click 'Content.'
*Click 'Certificates.'
*Confirm Root certificat of 'NTT Group Root CA' is registered to 'Trusted Root certificat organization'.

Advanced Settings

*Start up Internet Explorer 11.0 ＞Tools-＞Internet Options
*Click 'Advanced '
*Confirm settings in the 'HTTP Settings' are as following
Use HTTP1.1: Checked
Use HTTP1.1 for Proxy Servers Connection: Checked
*Confirm settings in the 'Security' are as following
Enable SmartScreen Filter: Checked
SSL3.0:No check
TLS1.0:Checked
TLS1.1:Checked
TLS1.2:Checked
Enabled Enhanced Protected Mode: No check
*Click 'OK' to close all browser.
